Due to our continuing success we are currently interviewing for the following staff:
Costs Draftsman
Experienced costs draftsman sought to join our existing team of costs draftsmen. Based at our Faresham office in Hampshire you will need to be experienced in bill preparation, negotiation and advocacy at detailed assessment hearings. You must be organised, conscientious and efficient. Computer literacy is a must, and experience in using Excel and Word is essential. We operate through the use of a sophisticated case management system. Full training is given on our procedures and systems.
An attractive salary is available including a generous bonus scheme.
We will consider applications from costs draftsmen anywhere in the country, as vacancies exist for the right person to work from home and logging on remotely to our system.
Trainee costs draftsmen
Are you interested in a career as a costs draftsman? We are always looking for the right person to join our team and to learn the role of being a costs draftsman in house. Day release available to attend ALCD courses to obtain a qualification.
An attractive salary is available, including funding for the ALCD course.
Costs lawyers
As solicitors we deal with the whole procedure of costs recovery including issuing Part 8 proceedings through to advocacy at any hearing. We also offer advice to clients on all aspects of costs law. We are looking for experienced paralegals, legal executives or solicitors to join our rapidly expanding team at our office in Fareham.
Trainee costs lawyers
Are you interested in a career as a costs lawyer?
We are always looking for the right person to join our team and to learn the role of being a costs lawyer in house. Day release available to attend ILEX course for those who wish to obtain a qualification as a Legal executive.
