Bill Preparation
Our experienced costs draftsman will prepare a detailed bill on all cases. We charge an hourly rate, and recover these fees in addition to your own from the paying party.
Negotiation
We will negotiate for you free of charge.
Issuing Proceedings
Part 8 proceedings will be issued as your solicitor agent if not settled within the number of days we agree with you at the outset.
Notice of Commencement
Our policy is to serve notices of commencement immediately on all issued cases, and following receipt of a court order in Part 8 cost only proceedings.
Replies
We will prepare replies to points of dispute where required.
Detailed assessment hearings
We will apply for detailed assessment hearing, and will agree the timescale for doing so with you when you first instruct us. We will attend all detailed assessment hearings on your behalf anywhere in the country.
Collection of monies
We will chase for payment and collect in monies on your behalf free of charge. You choose whether you require us to BACS payment to you or send a cheque.
Costs Estimates
We will prepare costs estimates during the life of the case for you whenever required for an agreed fixed fee.
