Victory Legal Costs Recovery Solicitors Advanced Funding Scheme
We are able to offer all our solicitor client's access to funding through our partner Hampshire Trust's Costs Advance scheme. This is a unique scheme that allows solicitor's practices to greatly enhance their cash flow immediatley when they submit a file for costing to us. The Costs Advance scheme is available to all practices, regardless of their size, subject to approval.
The scheme promotes strong positive cash flow and so negates or reduces the pressure to compromise and thus maximises entitlement to costs - you do not have to accept ridiculous offers.

- 70% profit costs and paid disbursements may be drawn upon our preliminary assessment of the costs
- No repayment until the costs are received
- Payment by BACS direct to your office account
