In light of continuing developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the UK, we would like to update you regarding the level of service we are currently providing during this period of uncertainty. Please be assured that we continue to monitor Government advice and guidelines.
Our focus remains on the wellbeing of our clients and employees. Our office is open as usual however, plans are in place which will enable staff to work remotely, and we have taken steps to implement this on a rotational basis. From Monday 23 March 2020 most of our staff will be working from home.
Our phone lines and mailboxes are being monitored as usual, however, with fewer members of staff in the office, we would ask, where possible, that non-essential communication is emailed to us and that calls to the office are only made if absolutely necessary. Please can we ask that you also email documents where possible rather than posting them.
